What to Expect on Closing Day

We prepare you for a smooth and confident signing — whether in-office, remote, or mobile.

Before Closing:

  • Title search performed and clear title confirmed

  • Preliminary information collected from all parties

  • Closing appointment scheduled

  • Lenders coordinated to prepare final settlement statements

On Closing Day:

  • Meet at your agreed closing location

  • Bring valid, government-issued photo ID

  • Provide buyer funds (bank check or wire transfer prior to appointment)

  • Review and sign documents with your experienced closing agent

  • Funds disbursed and keys exchanged

After Closing:

  • All documents recorded with the registry of deeds

  • Final title insurance policies sent by email or mail

  • Post-closing questions always welcome
